This is the personal Blog Site of John Kohler. John has been working "behind the scenes" with the Living and Raw Foods movement since 1995. He started his first website in 1997, www.rawfoods.com that has helped thousands of people to eat more raw foods in their diet. His latest efforts are holding a Raw Health Expo and teaching people that they can grow their own food at Growingyourgreens.com.
